5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may benefit from each promotion only once.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time it will be automatically cancelled.

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• fa999vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The fa999vip VIP program has three tiers. Based on your regular play you will automatically move up to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to your account. The detailed terms of VIP benefits may change.

All games and betting activities on fa999vip are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

• The results of all games are determined by an applicable random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method.
